How long will my order take to arrive?

Our delivery timeframes are as follows:

Are there any shipping charges?

No, we provide complimentary standard free shipping on all UK orders. Additional information is available in our shipping policy.

Do you ship outside the UK?

At present, Lewis Fordham only ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international delivery services.

Can I monitor my package?

Absolutely! When your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's progress on our tracking page.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What are your return conditions?

We accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your order. Products must remain unworn and unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@lewisfordham.com within 24 hours. Include photographs of both the product and its packaging. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you and cover all return shipping expenses.

How long does refund processing take?

Approved refunds are processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and accepting your return.

Do you deduct restocking charges?

No, Lewis Fordham does not impose any restocking fees on returned items.

EXCHANGES & ORDER CHANGES

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we facilitate product exchanges. Please reach out to our customer service team with your exchange request. You'll need to return your original item first, and we'll ship your replacement once we've received it.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll need to follow our standard return process instead.

Do you have a physical store?

Lewis Fordham operates exclusively online. Our main office is located in London, and our warehouse is in Woodstock, Oxfordshire.

Are my payment details secure?

How do I know my size?

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Changes to orders can only be made before shipment. Please contact us immediately at contact@lewisfordham.com if you need to modify your order. Once shipped, changes cannot be accommodated.
