DELIVERY COVERAGE

Lewis Fordham currently operates exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping outside the UK at this time.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES AND COSTS

Total delivery time consists of: Processing time + Courier transit time

We partner with trusted courier services for all UK deliveries.

Processing Time: 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday)
Transit Time: 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday)
Total Delivery Time: 4 to 7 working days (Monday - Friday)

All UK orders include free standard delivery.

Order cut-off: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. GMT will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

All items undergo a preparation and quality check process before dispatch, which accounts for the processing period.

SHIPMENT PROTECTION

Every order is automatically covered by shipment insurance. If you haven't received any tracking updates within 5-6 days of your order being dispatched, please contact us at contact@lewisfordham.com and we will assist you in filing a missing parcel claim with our courier partner.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can monitor your parcel's journey from our facility to your doorstep using these details through this link.
