DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS – 14-DAY WINDOW

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@lewisfordham.com. Include your order details and photographs of the issue. For items damaged in transit or sent in error, we will provide a complete replacement, store credit, or full refund (including original delivery charges) at our discretion. We do not charge restocking fees. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns for products that remain unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from your delivery date. When sending items back, please clearly mark your order number on the package exterior. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return; please allow additional time for funds to appear in your account.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for alternative sizes, colours, or products. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Items that have been worn, used, or washed
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items returned without a valid order reference number

HOW TO START A RETURN

Before sending any items back, please contact us at contact@lewisfordham.com to begin the return authorisation process. We will provide the return address and instructions. This helps us track your return and process your refund promptly.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to post the refund.
